Delete your account yourself

If you have an account with us, you can delete it yourself at any time, no need to contact anyone first.

• •Log in and open your dashboard, then scroll to the "Delete my account" section at the bottom of the page.
• •Confirming permanently deletes your account along with your orders, payments, subscriptions, revision requests, add-on requests, testimonials and chat history.
• •If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled first, so you will not be charged again.

If you no longer have access to your account

If you cannot log in, for example you lost the email address tied to your account, you can still request deletion.

• •Use our Contact page and tell us the email address your account was registered with, and that you want all of your data deleted.
• •We verify the request belongs to you, then delete your account and data, normally within 30 days.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data

If you connected with Facebook or Instagram, you can also request deletion directly from Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, select Daoud.Web and choose to remove it, you can then ask Facebook to delete your data.

• •You may also write to us through the Contact page asking for the data we hold about you to be deleted.
• •Deletion requests received through the Facebook data deletion callback are confirmed with a confirmation code you can use to track the request.
